Delivery and Return

1. Delivery / Shipping

  • We offer shipping via [list carriers, e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight].
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • All orders are packaged with care.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate; we are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

2. Return & Refunds

  • 30-day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (subject to condition).
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless we shipped in error).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing of refund may take up to 7 business days after receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (e.g., clearance, final sale, perishable, hazardous items) may not be eligible for return. We will clearly indicate non-returnable items at purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.
